HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I hope you all rang in the new year with your loved ones and had a wonderful, safe time!
I just walked nearly five kilometers to get to my car after watching the new year’s light show at the Dubai Mall, wearing a gorgeous pair of boots that were cutting into my feet! I’m all ready to fall into bed! I just wanted to bring this to you guys and wish you a wonderful year ahead!
The last twelve months flew by in the blink of an eye- not that being unable to keep track of the time meant that it didn’t have its share of bad news. I, for one, am waiting for a new, better, happier year all around!
And what better way to prepare than to start eating cleaner and healthier? I am definitely excited to see what kitchen adventures this year has in store! Continue reading “Mushroom and Chicken Quinoa”
I’m so sorry I know this post is a couple days late. It’s because I’m travelling and haven’t got much network. To top it all, I’m actually here for a wedding so it’s a week full of lunches, dinners and parties!

For a country that shares a border with India, they have a lot in common with Indian weddings, but the differences, however small, make a world of difference. Hope you guys enjoyed the weekend!
This is absolutely my favorite time of year. The weather has cooled down (I talk about the weather a lot, don’t I? Maybe it’s got to do with my name..), it’s the season of joy and love and magic and best of all, strawberry season in India!
It’s pure bad luck that my schedule tends to be crazy these last few months and I always miss the opportunity to try the many strawberry recipes I save throughout the year. I can never keep track of when strawberries will pop up in stores in India, it’s actually pretty erratic. That, or I still have a bit to learn about things around here. A lifetime wouldn’t be enough to figure out the workings of this country! Continue reading “Super Easy Strawberry Oat Bars”
